Order Processing
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we process it within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our courier partner's facility.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa via courier. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Orders over R8,000 ship free; orders under R8,000 carry a flat R799 shipping fee. Large or heavy items (such as certain scooters and hoists) may require additional delivery arrangements — if this applies to your order, we'll contact you directly before dispatch.
