Action® Heel & Elbow Pads

Action Heel & Elbow Pads are soft, contoured protective pads designed to cushion the heels and elbows of patients who are bed-bound or have limited mobility, specifically targeting two of the most common sites for pressure injuries after the sacrum. Both the heels and elbows are bony, low-fat areas that bear concentrated pressure when a person lies still for extended periods, and repeated friction against sheets during repositioning or shifting in bed can further damage fragile skin. These pads wrap around the affected limb and are typically secured with a soft closure, providing a cushioned barrier that reduces both direct pressure and shear/friction forces.
