Carezza Toilet Surround Aid - Steel Frame

The Carezza Toilet Surround Aid - Steel Frame is a best-selling toileting aid designed to help users sit down and stand up from the toilet more safely and independently. It fits around an existing toilet, straddling the bowl, and provides sturdy raised armrests on either side that the user can push down on for extra leverage and stability during sit-to-stand transfers, reducing the risk of falls for people with reduced leg strength, balance issues or joint conditions such as arthritis. Built on a robust steel frame, it is designed for durability and stability under load, offering a firm, unmoving support structure compared to lighter-weight alternatives, which is particularly reassuring for users who need to bear significant weight through the armrests during transfers. Non-slip rubber feet on each leg help keep the frame firmly planted on bathroom flooring, including tiled surfaces that can become slippery when wet, and the frame typically fits around most standard toilet pans without needing to be permanently fixed to the floor or wall, making it a straightforward retrofit solution for existing bathrooms. Its straightforward design requires no complex tools or professional installation, allowing it to be set up quickly in home bathrooms, aged care facilities or hospital settings. As a widely recommended toileting aid, the Carezza Toilet Surround has become a popular choice among occupational therapists and carers looking for a reliable, no-fuss solution to help clients maintain toileting independence and dignity safely.
